vendor management. Platinum and Gold programs also include unlimited
on-site and remote support and is designed to let our customers
outsource their entire technology department.
Our Silver program
provides small and medium sized businesses with the peace of mind of
24x7 network monitoring and unlimited remote support at a fraction of
the cost of most enterprise-class solutions. The Silver program
includes a simplified version of vendor management to assist customers
with problem resolution that extends outside the datacenter.
Our programs include
a wide range of services, from remote network monitoring, to
supplemental remote management support, to full outsourcing of all IT
initiatives. Seamless Support offers a peace of mind to our customers
that their networks are being proactively monitored and maintained 24x7. We
define our working relationship through a Service Level Agreement (SLA)
to ensure that we understand and exceed customers’ business
expectations.
Included with each
package is Seamless Support MS which is a Web-based application that
monitors the availability of devices and applications and notifies via
e-mail or pager in the event of failure. In addition, Seamless Support
MS provides detailed performance reporting for capacity planning and
predictive analysis, including role-based views and reports for both
business and technical users alike.
