Our Seamless Support-UX Options let you increase the level of hardware and software support you receive during the warranty period.  And after your warranty has expired, you have the choice of either 1-year or 3-year coverage terms. depending on the options you select, you can receive:

With HP9000 System Support Options, you can choose from four levels of response time for your hardware and phone-in assistance:

Platinum - 6-hour repair, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with on-site spares for hardware and a WEB Based on-site proactive support device with unlimited phone-in assistance.  

bullet

Gold - 4-hour on site response, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, spares at a local depot, and unlimited phone-in assistance.

bullet

Silver - 4-hour response, unlimited phone-in assistance 24x7 next day parts.

bullet

Bronze - 4-hour call back response during the work week and standard next day shipping on parts

*Seamless Support does not provide License To Use and Software Updates.  The Software updates must be purchased separately through Hewlett-Packard or your local HP Channel Partner.

bullet Not all options are offered or priced with every HP supported product. Some of the hardware option features are included with the standard warranty for the product.
bullet Phone-in software assistance is available Monday through Friday, excluding Seamless Support holidays, during standard Seamless Support response center hours for all HP and selected non-HP software products. After hours 24x365 software support is available for selected operating systems, subsystems, and application software products. Refer to the Seamless Support price list for further details of products and coverage hours.
bullet An option with phone-in software assistance is highly recommended. When it is purchased on the highest-powered system on the order, additional systems on the order managed by the same system manager also receive phone-in software assistance as long as support options with LTU level of support has been purchased on those additional systems.
